In-house developed CRM for solutioIT's sales management. At its centre are deals with a Kanban pipeline across all phases, lead score, power dialer, weekly plan and a complete change history per case. It runs on our own infrastructure with a lean database and can be controlled through a documented interface so recurring processes can be automated. The screenshot shows made-up test data.

Self-hosted time tracking as a replacement for a purchased solution. Stopwatch per employee, customer and activity management, commercial rounding to configurable time steps, customer discounts and flat fees, plus an invoice tab with CSV export for bookkeeping. Separate roles for administration and employees, all fonts and icons delivered locally.

Invoicing and quoting software focused on GoBD-oriented processes: immutable sent documents, consecutive number ranges and a hash-chained change log. Creates e-invoices in ZUGFeRD format and automatically reconciles payments via a bank connection, including dunning through a background process.

The content management behind the customer sites we host. A lean loader script displays editable texts, images and lists in the browser; saved content is stored as JSON directly in the web root. The pages continue to work completely as a static page even without an active CMS, the CMS layer is purely optional.

Installable web app (PWA) for creating and digitally signing contracts. Drafts are kept locally in the browser and can be continued later; finished documents are stored server-side as PDF. Runs containerised on our own infrastructure with automatic deployment on every change.

CRM implemented for a home-financing partner business: Kanban board with freely configurable columns and fields, automatic document requests by e-mail with magic link and PIN, internal file manager and an interface through which enquiries from connected portals arrive directly as cases. Uploaded files are recognised automatically via configurable keyword rules and assigned to a document checklist per case so it is visible at a glance which documents are still missing; only the check result is stored, not the file content. Separate roles for consulting, administration and management, commission and invoice management included.

Workflow automation with n8n, here using our own appointment planning as an example: every Monday at 7 am the workflow fetches the most promising enquiries from the CRM, checks in the calendar whether the desired date is free, enters the visit including conversation documents and reports it back to the CRM. Without manual intervention, traceable and adjustable at any time. Workflow shown in simplified form, credentials and settings are hidden.
