We are solutioIT, and we do IT support a little differently.
A word about me: I am Jamie Hennemann and stand personally behind solutioIT. When you talk to us, you talk to me, no call centre, no forwarding, no anonymous team. Everything you read on this page I do myself.
Real passion for IT.
It all began with a Raspberry Pi, a small, cheap mini computer that sparked our curiosity. What started as a hobby project quickly became a passion: setting up our own servers, configuring networks, securing systems. Step by step we worked deeper into the IT world, not because we had to, but because we could not stop.
solutioIT emerged from this enthusiasm. We realised that many small businesses, self-employed people and private individuals need reliable IT support but not a huge IT department. They need people who are approachable, communicate clearly and really care.
That is us. Today we look after customers in all areas of IT, from websites through servers to daily support. For business customers we also develop custom software and use AI automation, partly from our own practical use. We work with best practices, keep informing ourselves continuously and make no compromises when it comes to security. And when something goes beyond our expertise, we say so honestly and help you find the right solution.
